06:45 AM: Our driver will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and start our drive to Pu Luong. We’ll take scenic mountain roads and stop for photos in the Mai Chau Valley.
11:00 AM: We’ll arrive in Pu Luong and meet our guide. We’ll start by walking down to Kho Muong, a quiet village in a beautiful valley. We’ll explore Bat Cave, the biggest cave in Pu Luong
We then enjoy a picnic lunch at a local restaurant.
01:30 PM: We’ll head to Don village, the center of Pu Luong, and trek 5km along the famous trails. You’ll see amazing rice fields and the scenery will change as we walk. We’ll also pass peaceful streams, farms, and friendly locals going about their day.
03:00 PM: We’ll reach Ban Lan, a small village with about 100 Thai families, sometimes called the “Kingdom of Thai People in Pu Luong.” You can walk or bike around here (the bike ride takes about 20 minutes).
We’ll continue to visit a local home to learn about their culture, clothes, and how they make traditional weavings. You’ll get to know the people of Pu Luong and learn about their lives.
04:00 PM: Enjoy some local snacks and chat with the friendly people. Then, it’s time to head back to Hanoi. We’ll take a different, faster route and should arrive around 08:30 PM.
08:30 PM: We’ll drop you off at your hotel. End of services.
